From assessment to running code.

No big-bang contract. Every stage has an explicit output and an explicit decision about whether to continue.

    Discovery Sprint

    Two days, on-site or remote. We review requirements, data flows and integration questions. Output: an architecture recommendation plus a rough estimate.

    Architecture recommendation

    A structured document: recommended stack decisions, risks, effort estimate in T-shirt sizes, open questions for the next round.

    Go / no-go

    Our honest assessment: do we build this? Do we build it now? Or is the better answer 'not yet' or 'not with us'?

    Implementation in sprints

    Two-week sprints with a demo at the end. Day rate or fixed price depending on scope clarity. Testing and deploy pipeline are part of every sprint.

Line B or Line A?

Sometimes a good website is the better software.

If you need a marketing site, appointment booking, contact form and a blog: Line A. It's a solved problem, and our factory solves it with four tiers (Start through Workshop) in clean standard architecture.

If the data flow is the product itself — internal tool, client portal, data platform, AI integration — then Line B is right. That's where we invest in architecture, not layout.

If you're unsure: Discovery Sprint. Two days, CHF 1'490, with an honest recommendation at the end — including the sentence 'this doesn't actually need custom software', if that's the right answer.
