Effective: 20 April 2026

This privacy policy explains which data we collect on aifach.org, for what purpose, on what legal basis, and which rights you have as a user. It follows the revised Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG, in force since 1 September 2023).

Analytics — Plausible (self-hosted)

We run self-hosted Plausible analytics at stats.aifach.org. Plausible uses no cookies and creates no personal profiles; we record aggregate page views, referrer domains and country information with daily resolution. The IP address is reduced to an anonymous fingerprint within the same HTTP request and discarded — it is not stored.

Legal basis: legitimate interest in anonymous reach measurement of our own website (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. b revDSG). Data processing takes place on a virtual machine operated by us; no transfer to third parties.

Contact form — Resend

Messages from our contact form are delivered via the transactional email service Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) to kontakt@aifach.org. We store your name, email address, optionally phone number, enquiry type and message text. We use these details exclusively to answer your enquiry.

Legal basis: initiation of a contractual relationship (Art. 31 para. 2 lit. a revDSG). Retention period: until the enquiry is answered conclusively, maximum 24 months.

Hosting — Cloudflare Workers

aifach.org is hosted on Cloudflare Workers (Cloudflare, Inc., USA). Cloudflare processes IP addresses for attack mitigation (DDoS, bot filtering) and for serving the site. The IP address is only processed short-term and is not linked with other data sources.

We have concluded a Cloudflare data-processing addendum.

No third-party embeds

We embed no Google Fonts, no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixels, no YouTube embeds and no external calendar widgets directly. External links (e.g. LinkedIn, Google Maps) are marked as links; data flows only on click, and then to the respective provider.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we process, to correct inaccurate data, to have it deleted, and to object to further processing. Requests to kontakt@aifach.org. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / EDÖB).

Changes to this policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy in case of legal changes or changes to our processes. The currently valid version is available on this page.
