For fiduciary firms

The website that matches your next mandate.

For Swiss Treuhand firms with 2 to 20 people. Fast, revDSG-compliant, no client-portal gimmicks — your Abacus or Bexio stays where it is. Live in 5–10 working days.

When it's worth redoing the site

The right moment is usually one of five.

We don't build a website because the old one looks ugly. We build when a specific business event makes it worthwhile.

Nº I
  1. 01A new partner is joining and needs to be visible online.
  2. 02A specific mandate was lost, and the feedback was: "the website didn't convince us."
  3. 03A comparable firm in your region has just launched a modern site.
  4. 04You're moving offices, the letterhead is being redone, the site should follow.
  5. 05Your existing privacy notice isn't revDSG-compliant and someone pointed it out.
What our audits keep finding

Three things that are wrong on almost every existing Treuhand site.

Short audits of roughly twenty Swiss fiduciary sites surfaced these same three patterns — regardless of firm size or canton.

Nº II · §§ 01 – 03
  • 01

The privacy notice cites StGB 321.

That's the criminal-law professional secrecy for lawyers and doctors — not fiduciaries. The correct basis is OR 398 plus the TREUHAND|SUISSE standards. An incorrect citation is spotted instantly by any lawyer reading the page, and reads as "copy-paste template."

  • 02

Structured data categorises the GmbH as a Corporation.

"Corporation" in Schema.org means publicly-listed conglomerates. A Swiss GmbH should be marked as AccountingService + ProfessionalService + LocalBusiness. The wrong tag makes Google's Knowledge Panel surface the wrong category — direct loss of visibility.

  • 03

Binder + calculator stock photos in the hero.

Calculators, handshakes-over-contracts, suited-men-pointing-at-laptops. Swiss fiduciary buyers have seen these images thousands of times; they signal "we didn't try." Real photos of your rooms, your team — or no photos at all, with restrained typography — feel measurably more professional.

Why aifach

We know the sector before we build.

A per-sector playbook, checked in as code — not a generic web-agency template. For Swiss Treuhand it's written out in our repository.

Nº III

revDSG

Privacy compliant with the TREUHAND|SUISSE implementation guide.

We adopt the official TREUHAND|SUISSE template, embed it in your legal notice + privacy policy, and add missing pieces: 10-year retention under OR 958f, the processor list (Abacus, Bexio, Klara, your hosting). The confidentiality duty is cited as contractual + professional-standards — not as StGB 321.

No client portal

Your portal lives in Abacus, Bexio or Klara. We don't build another one.

Two-thirds of the Treuhand "web redesigns" we reviewed included a useless custom login. Your clients already log into AbaNet or Bexio. We deep-link there — and save you CHF 2–3k of development for a portal nobody uses.

Onboarding checklist

A PDF that triples your conversion long-term.

"Documents for switching your Treuhänder" — two to four pages with logo, timeline and specifics of what we handle. Gives new contacts an immediate reason to return (and a reason to leave their email address). Two to three hours of our time. Three to five times the qualified first-meeting rate versus a generic contact form.

Partner badges

Bexio Platinum, TREUHAND|SUISSE, EXPERTsuisse visible.

If you're a Bexio Platinum Partner or a TREUHAND|SUISSE member, that deserves its own line with a link to the directory entry — not a tiny logo in the footer. These are the trust signals that convince a prospect during their 30-second scan.

A service, not a project

We build and operate — no technology for you to maintain.

Not a one-shot project model. We operate the site as a service: hosting, DNS, SSL, email deliverability, updates, annual revDSG review. Briefings and tax tips are maintained directly in the CMS (with an email login). Minimum term 3 months, then cancellable any time with 3 months' notice — at which point you receive a content export and the domain in your hands. No extra fee.

What's actually on it

The standard sitemap for your firm.

No surprises. No sales tricks. This is what we build for every Treuhand firm — more only on explicit request.

Nº IV
  • Home page with clear positioning, three trust signals above-the-fold (memberships, software partners, real team photos)
  • Services: accounting, taxes (individuals + entities), annual statements, payroll + HR, advisory. With audit work: its own page with RAB registration number
  • Team with real partners and staff — with LinkedIn profiles, not just titles
  • References (named where possible, sectorial under NDA)
  • Publications / briefings — your tax tips as downloads, seasonally curated
  • Careers — even if open "speculative applications welcome." Signals growth
  • Contact with Cal.com booking for the free first-meeting
  • Downloads page with the onboarding-checklist PDF (plus tax calendar, year-end briefing, etc.)
  • Legal: imprint with UID + HR entry + VAT number + TREUHAND|SUISSE / RAB / SRO if applicable; revDSG privacy; optional T&Cs
You focus on your clients. We focus on the website.

Your core expertise is numbers and law, not HTML and DNS. Ours is the reverse. Every month in the Standard tier we handle ten text changes and two hours of dev time on your site — new sections, image updates, layout tweaks. Briefings are maintained in the CMS on your side, without asking us. Words from you. Technology from us.

FAQ

Common questions from the sector.

Pp. VI – X
We already have a WordPress site. Migration?
Technical migration is on us — content, images, metadata, SEO redirects. Your email configuration (Infomaniak, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) stays where it is, if that's what you want. Typical 0-minute downtime at the switch.
Do we have to transfer our domain to you?
No. The domain stays with your registrar (Switchplus, Infomaniak, whoever you use). We only need DNS access to point it at our hosting path. You can move the domain elsewhere at any time.
What about VAT-compliant invoicing?
We're an einfache Gesellschaft and currently VAT-exempt (under CHF 100k annual revenue). In that case you get an invoice without VAT, with the note "Keine MWST geschuldet nach Art. 10 Abs. 2 lit. a MWSTG." Once we VAT-register, we'll show it transparently.
Is revDSG compliance really more than a checkbox?
For Treuhand, yes. You handle highly sensitive financial data daily — a revDSG-compliant privacy policy is the first thing a security-aware prospect (or a peer who wants to refer you) looks at. We stick to the official TREUHAND|SUISSE implementation guide.
What about Google Ads / SEO / social media management?
We explicitly don't do these. Our strength is building and operating — not ongoing campaign management. We're happy to refer a Swiss partner if you need one, at no markup. Organic SEO basics (JSON-LD, search.ch, local.ch, GBP, sitemap, robots) are included from T2.
Content pack S or M — what's that?
A monthly add-on: we write 1 blog + 2 LinkedIn posts per month (S) or 2 blog + 4 (M), sector-specific. For Treuhand typically: tax-deadline tips, regulatory changes, AHV/BVG thresholds. You review, we publish. Single posts bookable separately.

Up for a 20-minute first call?

No sales pitch. We look at your current site, I show you three concrete things we'd change today, and we decide together whether working together makes sense. If not: you still walk away with three actionable notes.
