aifach is just starting out. We're looking for our first five reference clients. You help us build our portfolio; we help you get the setup cheaper. Honest trade, both sides win.
What we ask in return
From client 6 onwards, rack price — no exceptions.
We state it explicitly so no one runs into a wrong expectation. For the listed topics we have partners or refer on to specialists.
Not our core craft. We refer to Swiss ads partners.
No photo studio. We refer to Swiss photographers, no markup.
We're not copywriters. Blog posts from T3 upwards can be written within dev-time as a one-off — not as a content-package subscription.
Not honestly calculable. Every retainer has a clear hourly or change allowance.
Different discipline. We build the channel substrate, we don't post on it daily.
We offer 24h response in Swiss business hours (Mon-Fri 08:00-18:00 CET). No night on-call — it burns a 2-person team in 6 months.
Discovery at a fixed entry price. Implementation, architecture and retainer individually quoted by complexity and scope. Fixed-scope with a fixed price after discovery.

When you need more than the included changes or update hours, we bill hourly (15-minute accuracy). Single rate across all tiers — we deliberately don't tier-stack the hourly. Overage is always agreed before the work starts, never billed after the fact.
One text change in a section, one image swap or one link update. No new sections, no new pages, no translations. From Standard upwards you maintain blog and news yourself; additionally we make 10 changes per month on the non-CMS pages.
In Start it lapses. In Standard up to one hour, in Pro up to two hours roll over once into the following month.
Overage is billed at CHF 90 / hour — single rate across all tiers. We tell you in advance when something is over your quota, and never bill retroactively.
Content and domain: yes. On cancellation we automatically export text, images, and blog posts as a ZIP of Markdown files (within 7 working days) and transfer the domain to you or to a registrar of your choice — no extra fee. Code and hosting infrastructure: no, they stay with us. That's the difference between a website as a service and a website as a product.
3 months. After that, cancellable any time with 3 months' notice. Cancelling before end of the minimum term means you pay the remaining 3-month balance; the setup fee is non-refundable from day 1.
Yes — 8% discount on annual prepayment. Alternative (not combinable): the Founding Partner Programme for the first 5 clients.
24 months fixed. After that, at most an adjustment in line with the Swiss consumer price index.
aifach is currently below the CHF 100'000 threshold under Art. 10 para. 2 lit. a MWSTG and therefore VAT-exempt. Invoicing without VAT; you can't reclaim input tax, but you also don't pay VAT.
